In winter your children can enjoy skiing, snow boarding, sledging and other seasonal activities on the slopes of Villars - Bretaye , a spectacular domaine of over 40 kms of ski runs. Beginners practise skiing on the school's own ski run while those who enjoy skating go to the Villars ice skating rink. This indeed adds three special programs tailored to the age of the children in addition to the traditional, ski, snowboards, snowblade, sleding in the ski area of Villars-Gryon. For children from 3 to 6, the "mini" program consists, of skiing, ledging, but also creative activitites such as crafts, cooking, visual arts, as well as games in the nature... So that everyone can have fun and enjoy a good time all together. The ski station at Pré Fleuri is a great practice for the beginers, this enables them to achieve their first decents always acompanied by our monitors. Thereafter, they will be taken with a monitor to the "Frience" station at the "Alpe des chaux" where they wil be taken care of. The "junior" program made for 7 to 10 years old, offers the possibility to learn snowboard. Depending on their level the monitors and teachers will initiate the children to snowboard and snowblades. In addition to well-filled days in the mountains, your children will also spend some of their evenings bowling or ice skating in Villars. Games such as "Alpine Rugby" will also be proposed and in which children will be engaged fervently. These holidays will also bring the opporunity to participate to the carnivale of Gryon and get dressed according to the party. Why not spend some time with sledging-dogs, and perhaps having the opportunity to do a little tour with them...? The 11 to 14 years old program will ave a wide range of activities focusing on the outdoor. Thierry HENNEBERT has indeed planned to have them discover mountaineering. The glacier of the diablerets neareby, gives us the possibility to walk on the ice with ice axes and cranpons, skiing on the glacier and if weather condition permits, why not initialise them to ice climbing? The more advanced ones will be able to ski or snowboard and choose between freeride and on ride. Always supervised by our monitors and teachers. The Villars-Gryon domain offers a 150km of ski slopes, and a garantee of having snow at all times during winter. Also, children will have the opportunity to take the train in the evening to have dinner in the alps. On top of that, they will enjoy the day to relax and enjoy warm pools, bowling or going ice skating. Holidays at Pré Fleuri is also an opportunity to spend moments all together. Each thursday, a buffet is organised by our chef for all the children. Every week, wendnesday is devoted to the children to have a break. It is also a time for them to go out shoppong, in the valley or at Villars, but it is mostly the opportunity to have excurstions, in different places accordng to their age. Each evening is dedicated to acitivities with our monitors where laughters and enjoyments are guaranteed. This year, we will be pleased to share all these moments again in your company.
