1948
William and Lucienne Bonzon founded the children's Home, Pré Fleuri. In 1958, their daughter Madeleine joined them. This was a period of expansion for the school. The
chalet was extended to accommodate the increasing number of young students coming from all over the world. |

1969
Madeleine and her husband Vladimir Sekaly took over the running of the school. Students continued to arrive from every continent to spend their holidays at Pré Fleuri.
One of them was a young French girl called Sylvie Launay. |

1991
Madeleine set about following her true vocation in life. Thanks to the "Èvolutive" method of ski instruction that was introduced by Jacques Stump, Pré Fleuri was
fast becoming renowned as a school for sporting excellence. Sylvie Launay became the school's Assistant Director. |

1996
A new academic section, offering bilingual instruction, was opened.
Madeleine handed the management of the school over to Sylvie Launay. She is still working to maintain the school's educational ethos, where both young and old alike are
respected.
1998
Pré Fleuri celebrated his 50th anniversary. With an ever-greater number of students, new classes were added.
Well-established and with a solid and growing reputation, Pré Fleuri entered the 21st century with dynamism and energy.
2008 Pre Fleuri is celebrating its 60th anniversary and will continue to show respect for traditions. |
